Tonight I started the 30 Day of Yoga with Adriene on Youtube. I'm so out of shape, I was huffing and puffing, falling out of poses and even felt slightly nauseous afterward. But I pushed through it and remembered my breathing. Nausea went away after a couple minutes and then I felt so relaxed. It's a great stress buster. I'm going to do this 20-30 minute workout every night after work right up until the time I go to Costa Rica.
