Day 8 Feeling gr8t

6:30 am , sitting on the patio and listening to the birds , walking to the patio I noticed my OH had left her smokes on the coffee table , I have to admit I was tempted for a nano second - I then shrugged it off and am now enjoying a up of hot “Milo” HOWEVER I still feel anxious! Any idea when that will subside ?

Hey GazzabSA - the anxiety feeling will vary from each individual but there are things you can do to help reduce it, such as drinking loads and loads of water, avoid caffeine and alcohol for the time being until things settle down with your mind and body rewiring, repairing and recovering. Herbal supplements can also help with it.

Going by your other posts today, I would be extremely careful with the alcohol as several members here have slipped when drinking. I would suggest with your cravings bad at the moment, an early night should do the trick :)
