So day four and it’s lucky nobody has been murdered!!! First work has been absolutely rubbish and then parents and the other half have stressed me out non stop!! I still haven’t given in... and now I’ve just realised I didn’t take my morning champix!! Maybe this is why I want a cig or feel so crap

Ugh! Those days are awful. I give you credit for not giving in when job and in-laws / parents are troublesome. I missed my Champix dose prolly four or five times by now ... no biggy.

Yes, the feeling of wanting to murder someone ... my road rage has been rather bad. I find myself saying rather nasty things to other drivers while I'm driving ... good thing they can't hear me. This too shall pass.

Unfortunately I tend to say nasty things in the office and they can all hear me!! But they moaned so much about the smoking smell (I was the only one) that they should just deal with it hehe

Exactly. And saying 'nasty' things out loud in the office is fun. Can especially get away with it once you're middle-aged like me. My boss loves it ha ha

Could possibly be the case. I actually know if I’m eating late in the evening that I need to take it. Certainly wouldn’t have got this far without it. Well done.

Im on day 12 2moro & doing ok. Had a smoke yesterday that had no taste at all & had 3 puffs of another & gave up cause it tasted disgusting! I had champix back in 2007 but failed. I had it again in 2018 2 weeks ago. Feeln better again now, did not get a lot of sleep last night but that is 1 of them side effects that i can deal with. All good now!!!

Stay strong it’s 1 1/2 year and I remember the first month was sometimes stressful but in general you will forget about smoking very soon ..congratulations ..🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🦋
