It's been a tough road to conquer but I'm doing it, between the aches, pains, and all kinds of stuff, I can not believe how much cigs have had an inpact on my life, and have to say there are days I miss just lighting up and hanging out with my buddies or family members, and my boss, cigs do give you numbing sansation, I have had my out burst from it, it is an addictive habbit to kick!! Well just countinue to take it one day at a time, I've put my self in arras just to see if I'm going to give in, and haven't..

Cigpeace a warm welcome !! Congratulations 60 days is fabulous ! I know is very hard to adapt to changes ..Ive been there and I know ..But if you keep it up ,very very soon you will enjoy the freedom of not missing cigarrets at all!

I'm certainly trying, it's now more if a challange to me than ever before, I still have burst out and there pretty intense some times but I'm getting the hang of it, thank you for acknowledging me

Good going on closing out your 2nd month Cigpeace. After I quit, I had the same thoughts about how important smoking was in my life. But slowly it does get easier.
