Welcome ValourWoman - huge congratulations on day 1 smoke free! How are you getting on, are you going cold turkey or using a form of NRT?
You have all my love and prayers you can do it, I have almost 60 days in mind over matter, you'll have out burst trust me but I'm here to talk just hit me up, it's not an easy chore to bet, take one day at a time tell your self they stink smell and tast horrible.
