found an old ciggie butt in car and smoked it yesterday. oh well.. was three puffs of "dam this is stale" .. then wicked craved more... think thats last of the "butts" in vicinity now atleast.

went out for tacos in neighbors car, and sitting there was the ciggie butt, i thought so much of it sitting there that just smoked the darn thing. im still on track though, one slip up isnt going to make me start smoking again. just got in my head seeing it there.,
