Hi everyone. I’m battling 14th day of no smoking. Very tough so far but no cigs. I’m proud of myself and will battle on. Age 58.

I would like to go hiking. Staying at home is very hard at this time.

So get out there and hike. If you can not do a full hike then go for a walk

Hiking is good, as is the outdoors and any type of physical exercise. Or even non physical activity that you enjoy.
