So 5 days today no smoking, used patches the first couple of days and then decided to not worry about them. Last night was my worst ever, I'm surprised that I didn't give in, but so glad I didn't because I'm not feeling too bad today. I'm 36 and have been smoking on and off since I was 17, however I have had enough!! Looking forward to connecting with you all π
Hi there π: So 5 days today no smoking, used... - No Smoking Day
Hi there π
Thank you for connecting with us! Hope to hear more about your journey. Stay in touch. π
Hi Peachy12
So glad you didnβt reach for that cigarette, your third day without nicotine is one of the worst as all the nicotine is nearly out of your system so that little Nicotine Terrorist is screaming at you, you need to turn your back on him each time he shouts you.
Iβm on Day 65 and just had my first full nights sleep, I feel fab, itβs a hard journey but a worthwhile one and this group is absolutely amazing, I wouldnβt have got this far without these guys x
Fantastic news... I wish I had given up 10 years ago. (When I was 36ish lol)
You are going to reap so many benefits.
Hi peachy12, welcome aboard.. the first days were the worst for me, lots of brain fog, lack of energy, . If not bad enough the addiction to nicotine, but breaking THE HABIT you're Ben feeding so long. π π Jeff
You can do this..
It's not going to be easy.π¬
1 week today!! I'm a bit chuffed with myself π

Well it's been 10 days now and I have to say I'm feeling fabulousπ I still get cravings but luckily I don't notice them too much as work has been really busy so I don't have all that much time to think about it. Hope you're all travelling well xx
