A Cold winter morning - wake up, jump up and straight to the kettle, tea made - grab the fags and out into the freezing cold to feed my body nicotine. 1/2 hr and 3 cigs later I’d come back inside.... unmotivated, feeling tired again.

My life today..............

Today, a long weekend....it’s cold out but I’m snuggled in, I can wake slowly, read my book a little if I like... contemplate my day.....I have energy back. No stress, no rush to get my fix.

Just a lovely winters morning!!

Keep going..... this is worth it!

Morning and it’s looks beautiful out of your door. It’s summer time here and we’ve been having some fantastic weather which makes a change, I’ve been able to keep busy in my garden and obtain a healthy glow whilst I’m at it plus less time to sit and smoke.

We are freeeeeeeeeee ☀️❄️☀️❄️☀️

It’s winter here Monica, but it’s been a beautiful long weekend. I’ve been out moving around in the garden all weekend. Can’t believe my energy.... usually I’m exhausted after a few hours, but have just pottered consistently for 3 days. Feels great.

Yes 😃we are freeeeee🎉

What a beautiful testimony and what a delightful picture! Yes, even with the difficulties, it is worth it. I woke up, after 20 days of no smoking (I smoked for more than 40 years, 2,5 packs a day, a lifetime) and the first thing I did was to go to my balcony and see the new hibiscus I bought last week. And there was a small flower already!

A new life. Thank you, Nowandforever. Congratulations!

That’s fantastic anaamaral, I was 35 years...

How lovely..... a small flower to greet you.

Isn’t it wonderful to wake up so differently.

It is wonderful, indeed!

A flower for you too from my hibiscus. With my congratulations to you -- to us.

When I finish a poem I am writing, I'll post it here, to celebrate :)

We are all doing so well. I have a real test this weekend, I am off to Aintree Races with all the guys from work, none of them smoke but one does when drinking so I think I’ll take my 0% nicotine vape as a back up

Here’s to freedom 🤗🤗🤗🤗

Thanks Karina123

I’m feeling really positive and are enjoying the extra energy too.

Just trying not to put weight on at the moment. I eat healthy but have been eating more in the evenings. Took the dogs for a late walk to try keep the metabolism going.

Read on a post someone uses gum. So might try that for the evening.
