Just checked my cessation meter! Irs been 1 week, 2 days, 13 hours. I have saved 66.85 US and would have smoked....get this....191. Darn, that's alot if nasty sticks.
I found the meter here on someone's posts. Some peeps don't like that sort of thing but I keep converting back to it in amazement and proud ness.
Your doing fab. One day at a time. The days quickly turn into weeks. I personally think the apps are great. Especially the cost one.
I still can't get over the $ savings but mostly how many I would have smoked. My lungs ate thanking me. I appreciate the inspiration gals
