Congratulations on six months spectrum! No wonder you're looking pleased with yourself; great achievement.

Saturdays are always a little quiet on here so don't take offence if nobody is replying yet. Everybody's out shopping apart from me!

well thank you Nozmo, yes I am so proud of myself......I was beginning to have health problem due my smoking.Than my daughter kept blowing smoke up my butt lol .

Hi Thinlzzy54 There is a song we sing in church I won't go back......my 2nd motorvation is I had cervical cancer...my doctor caught it in time......I am 58 I want to be around for my grandbabies one day.....as I write this day 184 without a cigarettes

Thank you for the link......I watch the st. Jude commercial,and see how these poor babies did nothing wrong to got cancer.....And i am asking was asking for it by smoking....I had a health scare of cervical cancer but doctor caught it in time,praise God......today makes 184 ......

I downloaded this free app on my phone QuitNow!!! I drank a lot of water,and reese's peanut butter cups haha as you know get threw the 1st 3 days and you are good to go.....know your trigger mine was coffee, so I stayed away from coffee for 3 months and friends who I use to smoke with........
