Welcome to our community Cookieman2525 and congratulations on 12 days smoke free, that is great :)

I too stopped cold turkey over 2 years ago and never looked back! It was a bumpy road at times but here to tell the tale. What you are experiencing at the moment with flu like symptoms is perfectly normal and will pass soon (if they don't, you may need a trip to your chemist or doctor to get something to help it along).

It's your body getting rid of the c**p and your brain readjusting to being a non smoker, it takes a while, stick with it, lots of aches and pains, ups and downs .... it will be worth it in the end ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿ˜

Hey! I'm doing great thank you, some very strong cravings lately which came out of the blue but I'm coping ๐Ÿ˜

Hoping they will 'do one' soon and get back to not thinking about those horrible, stinky things again!
