I just started day 8 this morning I didn't take 4,5 & 6 night because I couldn't handle the daytime ones but I did take day 7 last night and it wasn't to bad. Is this going to mess up my cycle for week 2?

What to do?

Hercu should be able to advise April, hopefully he is around at the moment, if not, maybe read the champix leaflet?

April...It is adviced not to break the cycle but yes, it also does not help to take them and get so sick that your body totally reject it.

There is some people who only took 1 per day and succeeded..Maybe you must try...I was one of the lucky ones on Champix...No heavy side effects...

Maybe take them in halves...I really dont know if there is a correct way..But the target is to stop so do what feels best for you !!! Stay strong !!

I was chatting to my Stop Smoker Advisor this morning about this, she said Champix stays in your body for three days so if I forget to take one within three days not to worry. 😁
