I woke up this morning and realized today at 5:30 P.M. will make 4 months smoke free for me. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could just quit that abruptly. I have my first substitute Teacher job on Friday and I am so very nervous, but I know I won't need a cigarette at the end of the day because it won't help anything. I am so very grateful that I am where I am today. I just hope this month is better than my 3rd month because it was kind of rough at times as far as my mood. I still look like a teenager with pimples galore, but each red spot is a victory so I push on. Thank you to everyone who has posted on this site because chances are I have read yours and it helped in some small way. Can't wait to see what today has in store for me, but the best part is that I'll be smoke free no matter what. One day at a time
Four Months Smoke Free: I woke up this... - No Smoking Day
Four Months Smoke Free
Well done SheenaL on 4 months, you are flying this! Did you try herbal supplements to help with the moodiness, also loads and loads of water with help with the pimples.
Best of luck with your teacher substitute, you will very likely surprise yourself and not even think about smoking
Well done Sheena! Also at the 4-month mark. We got this. ONWARDS AND UPWARDS
Sheena ..Huge congrats on four months....So glad for you that things worked out...Yes the first three is very difficult but it is rediscovery time...I am sure that a few pimpels is more exceptable than the stench...The pimples will go away but if you smoke the smell sticks..!
Stay strong and well done once again...Truly the path forward is not as rough...!!!
Congratulations & GOOD JOB on smoke free for 4 months!
