Today I've just had my smoking cessation at home. (Blew an 8 today)
When I started to give up I blew an 18 which is dreadful I know.
(I was a smoker for a good 23yrs and I'm currently pregnant now which is why I've stopped).
For the last 4weeks I've blew 0's but today the reading was an astounding 8 we've recently had our boiler checked and fixed as it was leaking so my smoking nurse presumes it could be that aswell as my partner is still smoking in the house too. It's such a devastating blow (no pun intended) as I've worked extensively hard to quit within 7wks. I've been advised to get in touch with those whom have fixed my boiler and to kick my partner outside aswell. It's definitely hard when the nurse gives you that look as to doubt you. But I know I've not fell of the wagon and I'm so proud of what I've achieved in a short space of time. Good luck to you on this journey hun.

Welcome to our community MissTK - congratulations on being smoke free!
How long are you quit? (can you just confirm your quit date for your milestone badges). Are you using any aids? I quit cold turkey almost 2 years ago and never looked back
Good idea with the husband going outside to smoke and definitely get in touch with the plumbers and find out what the leak was.
