Sorry to read Thorpey1992 it didn't work out from a couple weeks ago when you restarted your journey. Having the right positive mindset is vital in our quits and key to success. You must have the mantra smoking is not an option. Knowledge is also important, read all the pinned posts and reread. Wishing you strength for 11:00, please stay close to us.

Hello!

I had a few relapses myself and know how hard it is to start over.

You have to really want to do it. If your heart is not in it, then you may find it an impossible task. You have 20 mins to go before you start so get rid of all smoking related materials because you really don't need any reminders or temptation lurking around.

Just take it an hour at a time, if need be. Don't over- think it or worry about stuff that is yet to happen. You can do this and this goal is well within your reach.

Good luck. 😃

Hey Thorpey1992 - if struggling or doing well, perhaps create a new post so that it will be seen and appear in the news feed and you get the help or advice you need.(if really bad, do up an SOS post)

Hope you are ok today?

This is common to feel it is harder after a relapse as you desperately want to be free, you are back in the mental battle as your body and mind begin working very hard to rewire, repair and recover, keep busy, lots of water, deep breathing and bit of exercise to clear the head but above all post here, we can help you get your struggles :)
