Hi all, back for my little update. Recently it was my four year anniversary without fags, dirty stinkers, tabs or are mine were called Richmond Menthol Super Kings. Still the best thing iv ever done, my app stats are as follows
Iv not smoked 26'459 tabs and saved £10'510!
Anyone starting out, keep going and yes it's hard but so worth it. They don't even cross my mind now. Keep using this site every day as it helped me so much in my first year. Good luck

Champix week 4 - 6 Days no smoking (although i did try one 4 days in and it was horrid)
