Hello everyone.. Well yesterday marked the 60 days without cigarettes. I can't believe its going by that quickly. I still have hard days but instead of my body craving cigs...it wants to work out. I'm going into my 2 Weeks of working out and on a 30 day challenge for myself. Quitting cigs is one of the best things I did for myself besides getting a divorce from my husband. The children director at church says he can see a difference in me. I haven't noticed it yet but I just know I'm doing this for myself.
