Well done on the 5 weeks! And starting at lent is the best time to start.. so keep it up 👍🏻

I'm smoke free nearly 9 weeks and still get the odd breakout but as my doctor said.. I'm getting rid of 25 years of chemicals so it will take time! Patience I've learnt Is key in being smoke free lol 😂

I've invested my smoke money in face masks.. some work and some don't plus drunk litres of water, not only does it help with cravings but also clears the toxins

Keep going and keep posting 👍🏻

well done Josie😊😊😊 5 weeks is great!! I found it took a good few months for my skin to lose its dull grey look but my circulation and breathlessness improved quite rapidly. I gave up chocolate for lent, boy it has been tough!! Have a lovely weekend 😊
