So today I started step 3 of the patches (was supposed to start tomorrow but I seem to have lost a patch π€) anyway step two was fine.. little grumpy at times but think that was just me lol if your a heavy smoker (like me) and feel you can't do it cold turkey (like me lol) then I would recommend trying the patches.. they worked for me !
So now I begin two weeks of 7mg of nicotine for 24 hours.. two weeks ago I was very anxious about stepping down but now I look forward to the morning when I don't put a patch on!
But I'm prepared for that moment too.. apparently the patches are psychological as well so I've bought some plasters to wear for the first few days after so I can prepare for the nicotine withdrawal π
Hope everyone is doing well! Keep going.. I'm off to enjoy the rare sunshine βοΈ

Well done Louiseb17 , you are doing great! Hold on to that thought of the nicotine withdrawal as you reduce your dosages and be ready to attack - you can do it!
Weather is just glorious - first lawn cut and clothes out yesterday, suppose to be hotter than Costa del Sol today
hi Louise well done on taking the next step, I finally managed to go nicotine free about 5 weeks ago (e cig) but psychologically my head is still looking for that hit, I don't know how I'm going to get rid of it!! Thinking maybe a straw or something might be my next stage!! Its funny how the brain works!! Keep up the good workπππππ
