You can so do this! 16 days is brilliant.. 5 more days and you will have broken the habit

I rarely think of smoking now.. it might cross my mind but I know deep down I will never smoke again.

I used patches and they really helped..lol it’s a natural fear (and it was mine aswell) but to be honest, I’d say after 30 days.. I just didn’t want to smoke 😊
