Hey Lashorty787 - it may be your circulation but may be another underlying problem - haven't come across this withdrawal before - another thing to check with your doctor perhaps?

Next week you will be 1 month smoke free, that is great :)

I don't remember cramps, but do remember feeling achey in general and my legs feeling tired and heavy. I think it's just that you're run down a bit with all the changes and your body trying to heal itself. I found that soaking in a hot epsom salt bath helped ALOT. Sometimes I'd take two or three a day just to relax and keep myself occupied the first couple weeks. I'd also take Ibuprophen when I felt real achey, and eat some dark chocolate for a little endorphin rush😃 Sending positive vibes your way...😊 Just know your body is healing, and it will get better, and it was never going to get better smoking, only worse and worse. Also, it may comfort you to know I spent the first 2-3 weeks of my quit online constantly googling what was wrong with me because I felt crazy/sick. So much of it is just the brain freaking out over not having any nicotine and trying to make you as miserable as possible so you'll smoke and give it some. Don't. Your brain is a toddler throwing a tantrum right now. Ignore the tantrum, and eventually it'll stop.☺
