I'm proud of you and everyone who has given up something unhealthy or unclean for them. Good job

A lot better, wanting to smoke after triggers are strong but one thing you said and I know I have heard before in my head are instead of thinking of wanting to smoke think of all my blessings I have and I am blessed. I have one of the best life's cause of my family so trading not smoking for them is a win
