Hey Neicy, good to hear from you. You are almost at the final stage of the brain re-wiring and approaching the end of:

healthunlocked.com/nosmokin...

I promise, things will start to improve after 3 months. I would suggest drinking lots of water, bit of exercise every day. Stay strong, you are doing so well.

Your not alone Neicy1977 , I've just hit 3 months and still have those symptoms. I have never been one to exercise and have nerve damage in my left hand\arm [ dominant] and you wouldn't believe just how much its affected with every day things let alone exercise. I'm not stressing though and neither should you, who cares we know it will go away at some stage and we are Smoke FREE yayyyyy

Cheers,

Haven't you just been put on some meds? Do you think they're affecting you at all - maybe a reaction? Did you get a 2nd opinion on your back pain or has that eased up?

Well done on 87 days, as RoisinO1 says things do start to improve after the 3 month mark (give or take a day or three). Hang tough and keep going!

Neicy...Shame !! and that is said in a very supportive matter because I feel your pain and suffering and I am so glad to be reminded never ever to smoke again because if I want to quit again I don't think I make it through that hell again...

The good news it does end, time differs from person to person but 3 months is a good average.. Strongs till then !
