Approaching the mid night hour.......

This Is without doubt, and no exception, the time, when for what every reason, you can't sleep, the house is oh so quiet, nothing of great interest on the tv, my mind reverts back to the time of smoking, indeed it has been known for me to hang my head out of a window, just in case, and we never know, like some magical person has invaded my back garden, and while I also know, this is probably or even never is going to happen,  it just might!!! So hang my head out and smoke was my mid night pleasure, or for that moment, indeed thought it was pleasure, but now I don't look at the window, I just sort of realise I will not be doing that tonight, for at least tomorrow is anew day, do I miss that window. The simple answer is no.

I'm sending wishes to one and all tomorrow is a new day, and smoke free at that.

Like me, you just have to keep going with this wonderful  journey of your quit, if your tomorrow is nota easy day, I can at least say, you will have  better days a head.

Night night

I too found cigarettes my company in solitude.   Miss the walk outside at dusk and just reflect on the day puffing on that little white stick that was my crutch.   No more have to think of other things.  Hot jacuzzi bath mask on face.  Vitamin s and face cream.  Thinks to make me feel good not feel guilty anymore.  Almost 3 months in.  Think about it but don't want to pick one up and light it and breathe that poison in again.   I have come to far.  It is hard i can't deny that but i knew that going in this time.  One more day in my new life.
