Took my son swimming today and didnt get out of breath😆unlike last time when i smoked.

Just returned home from a lovely day after meeting my new nephew, 1 week old today. It was great not having to worry about stinking of smoke while I was holding him.....

Then, went to my other nephews 7th birthday and was able to play with the kids and not have to be running out for a sneaky smoke every 20 minutes or so....nice to engage and socialize continuously with the non smoking adults and be proud I was not coming back in with the smokers stinking!

A day at the pub and then at the football and then at the pub again and did not smoke!! On my way home having survived a situation where I would definitely have smoked before - very happy!

I'm happy today.I've been out for lunch then spent hours on the beach with grandchildren.

we had 2 kites flying high with big winds in Scarborough.we lost a ball at sea.but a young man ran in and got it for my sobbing granddaughter.how nice of him.

on way home Absolute radio with my kind of music.Thin Lizzy.Ozzy.grat ride home.

day was good.especially NOT being the only smoker.not having my granddaughter saying I got horrible breath .extra kisses for me yeah

I did run around.was not really out of breath .haven't run like that in years ha.

yet doing good.still got that damm headaches but signs are its going.not as bad as they were.

Please god this time next week he will be well on his road to recovery, I know he will be fine, but he is anxious, only natural, will be Nurse Roisin for the next few weeks!!!
