I way home from work....again

Exhausted.....again. Another difficult day. Whenever I used to be working late I would console myself with a number of fag breaks - pleased to have avoided that trap today. It is getting easier and the physical symptoms in terms of cravings are definitely much better, but there are times when each minute seems to last an hour

Got to admire your determination Fordy. You're not finding it easy but you're still doing it. Keep it up for a little longer and the good days will start to outnumber the bad days.
