Hey Kat, congratulations on 29 days, almost the huge milestone of 1 month, well done!

As time passes by (especially into your second month), cravings become less severe and frequent.   Keep up the great work!

I'm doing ok every day I don't smoke is a good day..l.have been reading like crazy just trying to keep busy...my sense of smell is unbelievable I'm smelling smoke on my jackets I even had them dry cleaned.  I can still smell........any advise

Yes I think it's great chatting with folks from all over the world......seems smoking has touched us all.........I was worried about the smell in one of m favorite jackets but a friend of mine has an Ozone machine (it takes any odor out) happy it works so I'm starting to feel like a non smoker....well today anyways.....

not sure what time your on.

its excellent the smells.tastes.

50days.your doing great.it will soon be 2 months.each day will be better.you may have odd min as we all do.but you can overcome.

just think that horrible smell was us.now we smell very nice.fresh.
