So at the end of day 5 and all is good. Played golf with some friends this morning. Two of them smoke and usually I would definitely have joined them but managed to stay strong (felt very smug). off on the family ski- trip tomorrow which should be fun. one of the couples we are going with both smoke but I am determined to stay clean
