I,m so pleased to say, I've not grown another head or extra arm, from quitting, so at least for a while will just keep going,

I,m not saying I'm truly comfy in m quit yet, but home from work, still resisting the corner shop.

Hi Tracey, why do you "resist"? Smoking is horribly tasting habit that doesn't give anything back... Think why do you still feel drawn to smoking. This means that you still believe that smoking gives you.
