I couldn't have my coffee for the first month and then after that I was fine. So at least it's only the smokes this time and not coffee too. I've got full confidence in you Tracey3 you can do it. Go for it girl and show that nicotine demon who's boss

Thankyou all, have told them at work, am looking for another job, as the negativity, is something I don't want to be around, so I,m going to need all my strength to just keep going.

where did this come from Tracey3 , hope you are ok? If I remember correctly, did your boss talk you around from quitting before? What sort of job have you? I have learned though, you will have a certain amount of negativity in every job unfortunately, there is always one........ but one is enough to bring you down, have to learn to deal with it and keep the head up.....

Just in retail, only 5 staff, four lof which, are very very nasty about each other, the atmosphere yesterday was terrible, but what was a deciding factor was they had me working this week, then decided to just say oh don't come in, tomorrow or Thursday, mess me around so much,

Any way new day to day, so that's great
