Huge welcome Jean and congratulations on getting Day 1 over you, that is great!
That lost feeling is perfectly normal and will pass soon. Try to keep yourself as busy as possible, read up as much as possible on what happens both physically and mentally when we quit. Post as often as you need to...wishing you strength and success!

Hi Jean, welcome to the forum and congratulations on getting through day 1!! Looking forward to hearing about how you're getting on. Keep posting.
Welcome to the forum, Jean! It's amazing you decided to quit, it's the best decision you will ever make!
After the first few days, it will get a lot easier because you will be thinking "I haven't smoked in such a long time, so why should I do it now?"
After a week or so, the cravings will become less frequent and less strong. Even if you'll get a strong craving from time to time, it's important to not slack, although if you do it's okay, but you should get back on track ASAP.
If you need any help on your journey, we're here for you, Jean!
Good luck, it's all worth it!
Welcome
