Keep on quitting folk

I quit 7 weeks ago, on 26 Dec. Cold turkey, and essential educational reading at whyquit.com. Multiple failed quits over 25 years. Funnily enough, I feel that the more you relapse then the more likely you are to eventually quit. Just keep on quitting. It's a great feeling when you arrive home.!

Congratulations on your quit! I have smoked regularly for 40+ years and my health is getting bad.

I have quit before, once cold turkey for a year, then tried the patch, Chantix, and then WhyQuit.com.

I pray for the commitment to stay stopped this time, and you have been an inspiration to me!
