Day 44 - Paintballing.

Hi Everyone! I just started day 44. I went paint balling on the weekend with a group of friends that are alot younger and fitter than me (and don't have 10 years of smoking behind them like I do) , I was worried about my fitness. It was the first time I'd really pushed my body since my quit. Fitness was so much better. Out of breath as much as the rest - some being army guys.
