Now in the next month and a new year with the 4mg lozenges so one month off the cigarettes. These lozenges are a bit high in artificial sweetener but i think i have needed them up until now but... i am looking to step down to the microtabs soon as i think they don't have any artificial sweetener or not as much.

Well done you, I quit using the lozenges as well. They really helped me during the first two months, have you used the microtabs before? Just thinking don't change anything while you're doing so well.

Thanks yes i used the microtabs going back 10 years and got on well with them.

Fantastic! I found it much easier from month 2 on...smooth sailing now, no more crazy rides keep guards up at all times!!!
