am still here and going strong i have no plans on returning to my smoking life, i love my life to much now and besides i really dont think i would have time to fit it into my life now, no wonder i used to be late for everything.
i am proud of myself and of everyone on here who helped me get here [oldies and newbies]
cant wait to be in the penthouse and never believed it would be possible i know everyone reads it alot but if i can do it anyone can

21 days to go and I will be swanning in through the penthouse doors. I have almost decided on my outfit. Sequins and a Carmen Miranda hat with fruit on.

I am still going strong... can't believe how far we have all come..
One thing. The last time I quit I relapsed in the 11th month... infact all but one of my quits have ended in the 11 month... Please, if I come here in the next few weeks feeling like I am gonna smoke, take it seriously, and remind me of why I have done this and how hard it's been... I know that I can never smoke again, not even one... but for some reason my craving defy logic in the 11th month... I really am afraid that I will crack as a kneejerk reaction ( which is what I did last time). I have been having quite a few urges recently, which is why I am saying this. I think it a psychological thing going on because my previous quits and I think its good to aknowledge it.
anyway, I am determined to get the the Penthouse on the 1.1.12 with the rest of you.... with a totally unblemished record.

It has been the hardest thing I have ever done but so worthwhile!!!!!

I posted a few messages back in January/February but have only viewed since then. Smoke free since the 4th Jan and still resisting all temptations.
Less than a month to go to the penthouse....well done to us all!!!!!!

Well done to all of you and yes I am still here as well. I will be taking my (still smoking) wife out for a meal on my 12 month anniversary to celebrate. It definitely feels good to still be here and I very very rarely get any cravings at all now. See you all up top next month and if I don't post anything here beforehand, have a great smoke free Chrimbo.

Still get the occasional craving, but not as bad by far, and i think im now addicted to NON smoking! I must admit, im really quite a jealous ex smoker, and can smell a burning ciggie at 100 paces! Im a dog walker by profession, in Blackpool (subtle name drop: taketheleadblackpool.co.uk ) and can sometimes smell it wafting through the trees in the parks i walk in...... i must send daggers into those trees!!!
I hope this will be it for me now, fingers crossed.... although, something inside me is cautious - and damn....i cant celebrate it with a cigar!!!
