So a couple of months ago I set a quit date, kept failing and had about 3 attempts, I've kept making excuses daily but enough is enough and tomorrow I start my new journey so I can be as healthy as possible for my surgery in December
Back again: So a couple of months ago I set a... - No Smoking Day
Back again
Hello Claire and Welcome
You have a very good reason for wanting to quit so that should keep you motivated and on track.
Looking forward to sharing your quit journey with you.
Best wishes and Good Luck.
Welcome back and very best of luck on your journey, let's make this one our last one!
Welcome back Claire and good luck in your new journey....
Claire bear, nice to see you haven't stopped trying to quit, that's the key, one day it will stick, hopefully that day is today.
Here's to posting tomorrow night saying I've completed day one, as tomorrow is my day one I've cancelled some friends coming over as don't want the temptation
Hey hey....believe in yourself, no one is going to do this job for you, you just have to believe in yourself and get it done It just came to my head a very silly thought...wouldn't it be great if we could jus press the button and fast forward to 3 months later?!
That would be brilliant, if it was 3 months later I would have had my surgery as well
Owww, you poor thing, well at least you won't be one of those patients coming outside the hospital with a robe a sleepers for a quick fix lol
Welcome and good luck. I quit in September after breaking my heel. It was a tremendous help with my surgery and recovery. Stay positive. Great weekend to all.
Claire...Welcome back and thank you for not quitting to quit...Last time you had so much pain that I could feel it.....Will go better this time and we are with you ..Stay strong !!
