Champix is making me very nauseous again, I wonder why?! I was fine for the last 3 weeks...I'm not getting it! Good day everyone!

Mmaya ...Yes..it was the same with me and hated it but continued up to week 12.... I found to not take it on a empty stomach helped a bit.. used to take the 1st one with breakfast (8:30 am) and 2nd one with supper 18h00-19h00)

But you are doing so well and I am sure you will defeat this one as well ...Strongs !!

I sometimes wish I'd tried Champix because it seems to have helped so many people.

Now I'm 5 weeks into my quit and just relying on cold turkey so I might as well just carry on.

It is manageable but I just wish I didn't feel as though I'd suffered a bereavement at times. I know that must sound ridiculous because most of the time I'm fine and I certainly won't give up on this quit. My fault for getting addicted I suppose but smoking is a hard habit to break for some of us.

And it's the end of another day, I've reached a new level , I've been exposed to many challenges since Monday, I never during those I tried to grab a cigarette. I am extremely impressed and super happy! I think this might be it for me, I cannot even explain it, I'm still being very careful obviously but I never experienced anything like this! I prayed many times to getting this stage.actually, funny enough the same happened with the alcohol, one day I just started feeling disgusted by alcohol or anyone that drinks, in my head. I actually look at alcohol consumption very low and therefore I do not drink at all.... I am not a pioneer but I could have an open bar night and have sparkling water all night.the cigarettes at the moment have the exact same effect on me, I'm completely disgusted by the smell, enough yo put me off. I am very happy and I am now praying this will last. Night night everyone
