I'm Emma new to this site! I'm on day four not struggled too much until tonight over peeling an egg of all the daftest things couldn't get the shell off it and lost my temper is this normal? I'm on patches and although I did have my teenage strop for 5 minutes didn't crave a ciggy but my fuse seems quite short!

Quitting smoking effects everybody in different ways, yours is just another one, well done in your 4 day quit you are doing really really well, moods or lack iof them come when we least expect them, there are a lot of people on this site doing exactly what your doing, so my advice post often read often and whatever reading material someone is offering on this site to get you through the next craving it's a wonderful idea talk soon x
Bless you Emma! Sounds fairly standard to me - I didn't get angry, but I did get (even more than the usual amount) over-emotional in the early days. It'll pass, everything does!
Also, WELL DONE! Those first few days are really tough! Even if you haven't struggled too much, tell yourself how brilliant you are - coz you are!
Yep, Emma. It's normal. Did the egg survive? Or did you beat it to a pulp? Better the egg than something else. Welcome to our world. And good going on Day 5 now?
Thanks everyone I'm happy to say the egg lived another day!!!! I'm on day six now and was seriously craving this afternoon but I've realised its boredom anyway I'm not giving in but thank you all!
