My app tells me I have achieved 100 days smokefree today. Just wanted to post for all the newer members really. You are all doing really well and I have to say I'm only here because this forum has kept me focused and definitely helped me see I'm in good company and missing nothing/gaining lots. 265 days to the penthouse!!!

I will second that, loosing nothing by quitting great positive attitude.

I so hope a treat is in order, great achievement.

I'm not sure if AnnMarie's using the same app as me - but here's a link to the one I've got smokefreediary.com/

It's got daily missions for the first month which I found really useful, and it counts days smokefree, money saved etc. Also has a 'diary' function to record cravings/intensity, which is really interesting to look back on later

I have the same one as Incy. I really liked the missions it gave for the first two months but I think you had to pay to add this. It was not much from what I remember. There are lots to choose. I am using smartphone as Karri says x
