It's exactly one year today since I had my last stinky stick.
I had a lot of ups and downs and at this point I am not really sure if addiction was the cause of it or just LIFE. I spent my entire adult life as a smoker, so I am still re-learning how to cope with certain feelings and situations without cigarettes. But after a whole year, things are SO MUCH BETTER !!!
I have never been as healthy, muscular and fit as I am now. I am 30 years old and feel better than in my early twenties. Quitting motivated me to start working out on a regular basis, change my diet and even work better and earn more. All in all, it was probably one of the best decisions I'll ever make in my entire life.
It takes work, but it's so worth it in the end. Do it. DO IT NOW!
