weds 3/6 third quit in 30 years
Hiya
Welcome welcome and welcome to the site, we are all a bit crazy here but having said that we all have one purpose to be here, you don't say how long you resisted the urge the last times you quit but it's great that you have decided to give it another go, and yeh it's not easy as you very well know, but we really need to hang in there and try and support each other as much as we can.
It seems you have prepared yourself as much as you can, just keep posting and posting if it helps you to get your mind off lighting up. Looking forward to hearing from you very soon
Hello, so great to have you on board, I hope today, is as good as can be, indeed keep close to the forum, read and post often.
Lovely crew here, so any issues please post,
Look forward to your future updates
As you said, hour by hour, bit by bit.
Sending positivity your way
Great to have you on this forum, and hope day 1 goes as well as it can. You sound to have the right mindset, and you've definitely made the right decision. Your absolutely correct, life goes on without those cancer sticks, it does seem strange at first to realise we can live our lives without lighting up, highs and lows are still the same. I am amazed how quickly not smoking became the norm for me but I am certain that was because of the wonderful support on this forum. Keep posting and reading it truly does help
Big welcome !!! Your definitely armed with a great attitude and realistic approach and I wish you all the best for a successful quit, you know the old saying 'third times a charm”
Well done and a fantastic, positive start! A lovely positive post to read.... some great preparation - you certainly are armed and ready - stay with us and keep us up-dated
