One year ago today I quit smoking, I have to say the decision to quit was easy staying quit was harder. When I first told people of my decision only one person actually believed that I would succeed, thankfully that person was me. So as long as you believe in your self you will succeed, and it truly is worth the effort. Well done to every one.
