Oh yes, they can be quite painful, 22 days well on your way to a full month, and doing rather nicely.

Thanks Tracey. I suffered with ulcers anyway even when I smoked. It tends to be when I'm a little run down. At the moment it seems to be lose one gain two! 😢

Oh well nothing I cannot handle. I can't wait to be able to say I've gone a full month without a smoke. Starting to feel the benefits in other areas now too.

It's also spurred my other half on to pack in the cigs. She passed 1 week yesterday, so at the moment all is good!

Staffswolf well done! The thing that strikes me down when I'm run down/stressy is cold sores - you have my sympathy! But mostly a big shouty WELL DONE! It's great that your mrs is joining you - you can be strong and proud together, and supportive, of course

Congratulations on passing your 3 weeks mark, and not far off that 1 month milestone. Great going, and isn't a good feeling when others around us join in with ditching the demon. The mouth ulcers should start reducing, the longer into the quit you are?
