hello guys! after much deliberation i decided that my mini slip up (1 puff ahem) was just that so my quit still counts and as such i have quit for a whole month!!! so i'm in the new room yippppeeeeeeeee!!!! very pleased to be here! :Dxx

It's great to see you here, at the end of the day if you had someone smoking round you then you probably took in as much smoke passively as you did with that puff.
