Had a tough day today, woke up wanting to smoke and its continued all day. Where do days like this come from? I am glad it's bed time and hopefully tomorrow will be better.

Oh yes, mr NICO keeps popping up, but good news ahead, he will indeed give up trying soon, as he knows he's not getting any where.

Keep going spanisheyes. Days come along like this. I'm having one this evening. At the moment I'm concentrating on my breathing, not too deep, but measured. It's holding off me smoking at the moment. Smoking is so, so bad and one WILL hurt. You're doing so well.
