Day 17 down.......

I'm into Day 18, just. A second weekend at home (the first was a weekend away and easier for that), and many more social invites then I'm used to, but I'm doing good with having alcohol and not smoking. Late Saturday night once home was a little edgy, but deep breaths, taking a step back and going to bed and all was fine. I'm continuing with champix for the time being, which has to be helping a good deal.

I'm pleased. I'm doing well.

And into day 19. I'm posting the days on here still as I keep forgetting how many have passed :confused: I'll be happy when I move to months!
