Just got through my first 24 hours without smoking (again). After many attempts of quitting during my 50 years of smoking I am determined this is my final quit. I live in Spain so pavement cafes and bars are a way of life here meeting up daily with many smoking friends so I know I'm probably in for a rocky time.
