Hi BBLT. Well done on your decision to quit not just for yourself but your family. Like you I have tried to quit more times than I care to mention. Along with willpower, NRT, positive thinking & the help from this site I am pleased to say all is going well. You can do this, beleive in yourself, read lots, post lots. Hi BBLT, well done on your quit, you have made the best and hardest decision, joining this forum will give you support and advice and help you when it feels tough and share your good days when it feels easier, there is loads of people on here with links in their signatures which take you to some great sites that are well worth reading, it does make a big differnce when we learn about what is happening throughout our quits,
anyway hope to see your posts and it does get easier,
This forum has really helped me and I know it can help you too! I am on day 9 of my quit and although that may sound such a small number, to me it is HUGE! lol
