I had a dream I smoked last night, it was awful I felt really devastated that i'd lost another quit but I was glad to realize it was just a dream whenever I woke up.
Still finding it hard today a bit, stressed with work and being snowed in but sure smoking isn't going to change that so I may just deal with it.

I stopped taking the Champix at the weekend and sadly my dreams appear to have gone all PG 
I had a smoking dream the night before last, and I woke up really upset about it. I couldn't believe I had a cigarette. I remember thinking how far I've come and it was all wasted in an instant.
Thankfully it's only a dream, but for me it reinforces the prospect of how I would feel if I went back to the dark times!!!!
Keep up the quit MrsMash, don't let work be responsible for you starting again. Your health is far more important.
I've never dreamt I've smoked, well not yet anyway. Good to hear you are still going strong despite work and the snow. We didn't get any snow.
Oh those dreams are so real, and it is such a relief when you realise is only a dream.
When you get a prescription from the doctor, you open it and look at the leaflet, with all those side effects that might or might not happen,
Jeez there is no such leaflet with quitting smoking, and indeed some people do experience different side effects, but the smoking dreams are common.

Well glad that day's over, thanks for all your comments. That's two kinda hard days in a row but do you know what, it was only a thought, it didn't kill me and I got through what I needed to without having to smoke, infact I probably did better as if I had of still been smoking I probably would have spent most of the day at the back door 'puffing away my stress' whereas I was so much more productive at my laptop
